ICC Registrar Breifing
The International Criminal Court has identified nearly four hundred witnesses of Kenya’s post election violence who will aid the ICC’s investigations and possibly future prosecutions. Visiting ICC Registrar Silvana Arbia says the witnesses are now enjoying the protection of the ICC ahead of the international court’s planned opening of offices in the country. However, Arbia says no arrest warrants have been prepared for some top government officials as reported in sections of the local media. Abdi Osman reports.
